Rural women Empowerment through SPPAP

Summary

These trades—Beautician, Dress Designing, Adda Work, and Tailoring—form the backbone of the SPPAP’s women’s empowerment strategy. While Tailoring and Beautician courses provide the essential technical skills for immediate local service, Dress Designing and Adda Work elevate these skills into the realm of specialized craftsmanship and fashion entrepreneurship. Together, these programs transform unskilled rural women into professional artisans and business owners, enabling them to contribute significantly to their household income and break the cycle of poverty.
